Fought to finish my exchange fic in time -I was given leave to post until early this morning. This I needed, I literally wrote the night through, but I'm done! *phew* 5k written in about 21 hours with breaks, for a fic of 8,7k overall. And I'm frustrated like whoa because I wasn't able to manage my writing better, despite having enough time and good ideas early enough, and because everything was so rushed in the end that I needed to leave out various smaller scenes that would've made the story much more well-rounded and satisfying, and take other short-cuts, too, leaving me with a few parts which are quite a bit off my usual standard. /O\
Off to do the necessary last-minute polishing etc., and hopefully get some more sleep later.
