That's a very productive day, never mind your net word count. (Net word count only means anything when you're writing your first draft, anyhow.)

I tend to let my WIPs sit around for maybe even years, and then come back to them with a "I've learned stuff since then" mindset, and find that I often have learned enough to be able to advance and even finish them. I hope this exercise turns out similarly successful for you!
