good...morning?

it's 0530 local time as i write this and i haven't slept yet. trust a cold to completely mess up my sense of time. XD

thank you for your well wishes! i really appreciate it. i should know by Monday the results of my test. in the meantime my symptoms have eased up a bit and i think it probably is just a weird cold bug that hit like a truck but then sped off into the night.

going to head to bed in just a bit, but wanted to get the post up sooner rather than later so you would have a spot to check in.

Glad your symptoms have eased up some! Fingers crossed that it is in fact just a weird cold.

Day 7: 935 words, and I'm waffling on whether this fic needs one last post-script style scene, but I'm gonna call it a night for now, and see how I feel about it tomorrow.
