Write Every Day - February 27

Spent some time last night outlining what I previously wrote, decided that part of the reason I was having trouble continuing onward is that the scene coming into this one isn't solid enough, and so I spent today improving that scene. (Intermittently. In between vet appointments and exchange deadlines and other distractions.) Didn't get as far as I would have liked, but some elements are distinctly improved, and I can continue frogging and rewriting it tomorrow.

Yay for progress, even if it was progress interruptus! :-) I hope tomorrow gives you a longer stretch of free time.

I scrapped that H50 story as I'd said I was and wrote a brand new one that I like much better. That came in at 1259. I'll edit it and post it tomorrow, assuming it holds up to a second reading. ;-)

Heh, I just have sprawling notes files, for each of my stories. If I scroll long enough, I'll find what I was looking for, plus lots more that I forgot besides.

Feb 27 - 200 words, a drabble-poem posted to Fan Flashworks amnesty, and finished and re-worked the drabble-starts from yesterday into a proper drabble that goes with the previous double-drabble. Tomorrow I will look at seeing how the various parts fit together to make the whole for the SWG challenge piece.

Got to check in for Days 26 and 27. Day 26 was a whole lot of 3SF fills, and Day 27 is moving in the direction of getting my assignment towards its end point, so that's good. It's not quite a throw penguins moment, but it's pretty close.
